Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of estimating experience across multiple self-perform disciplines.
• Experience in complex industrial facility, heavy civil, and building construction.
• Understanding of water and wastewater treatment plant processes and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising estimators for comprehensive project estimates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer skills required.
• Periodic travel may be necessary based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responsible party for all estimating assignments.
• Review contracts, specifications, and drawings to identify pricing risks and opportunities.
• Develop and manage the estimate schedule, coordinating with discipline estimators.
• Distribute design documents to the pricing team while maintaining revision control.
• Review final multi-discipline estimates and prepare management reports.
• Ensure complete estimate coverage and eliminate gaps.
• Oversee bid day activities for traditional design-bid-build projects.
• Implement process improvements to keep estimating practices industry-leading.
