Experienced Hospital Nurse Manager needed as the next Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) at AMG Specialty Hospital - Hancock Campus!

AMGSpecialty Hospital - Hancock Campus is seeking a Full Time Chief Clinical Officer, CCO RN with one-two years ofleadership experience is required. TheChief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a Registered Nurse and is a member of the positive leadershipand administrative team of two hospital campuses. Also participates in staffing,decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinicaloperations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing themanagement of nursing practices in accordance with regulatory requirements. TheCNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering qualitynursing care; strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; currentleadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; andthe ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategiesto address opportunities for improving nursing care.
