About the Role

The Chief Business Officer is the top executive role over Growth, Implementation, Sales and Markets for Longevity Health business operations. Direct reports include the VP of Growth, the Chief of Implementation & SNF Partner Engagement, the VP of Sales and the Regional Market RVPs.

Requirements

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead all markets for Longevity Health, the largest stand-alone I-SNP in the US.
  • Responsible for growth, implementations, operations across a 15-state footprint with 450+ partners and 600+ employees.
  • Accountable for achievement of strategic goals related to profitable growth, partner satisfaction, and people-centered culture across Medicare Advantage and other value-based care populations.
  • Implements strategic plans to position the organization to be successful in value-based care and supportive of Longevity's strategic objectives.
  • Provides vehicles for prioritizing and communicating status updates on growth and implementation plans, including building launches and closures.
  • Cultivates and maintains collaborative and productive relationships with skilled nursing facility ("SNF") owners, operators, and administrators.
  • Promotes collaborative and interdisciplinary processes that focus on profitable growth and partner engagement across the Markets.
  • Implements contractual and process strategies to "link" skilled nursing facilities ("SNFs) and physicians with Longevity's strategic objectives.
  • Ensures same store growth strategies are properly deployed.
  • Provides operational leadership to the Markets to improve performance and sustainability.
  • In conjunction with the CEO, collaborates effectively with senior department and clinical leadership to identify opportunities, explore options to expand services and to continually improve the business performance of service lines and various entities.
  • Works to build consensus in support of strategies and plans and executes decisions in a timely manner.
  • Facilitates the successful project management of all Longevity projects, including profitable growth, partner engagement, and operations improvement projects and provides the infrastructure support to enable appropriate communication and coordination between Growth, Implementation, Sales, Market, Clinical, and Enterprise (i.e., support services) departments.
  • Provides operational oversight for all Markets to ensure they meet financial, member experience, quality and partner engagement targets.
  • Leads a culture of professionalism, accountability, leadership and effective management.
  • Oversee development of action plans for each Market that are needed to improve performance levels.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Licensure & Certification:
  • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required


Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • Master's degree preferred


Knowledge and Experience:
  • 10+ years' experience in executive leadership role with similar oversight and industry experience
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of audience and provide consultation, expertise, and to develop and recommend solutions
  • Hands-on experience in scaling operations
  • The right candidate can adapt to rapid change, align with company culture, and possess the strategic-operational range to both set strategy and execute it
  • Must be highly detail oriented
  • Proficiency using virtual data rooms to upload and organize documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
