Responsibilities & QualificationsWe are seeking a Chief Agile Coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). Drives ART events and processes, facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinates with Product Management and stakeholders, and removes impediments to ART progress. Coaches’ teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices. Tracks and communicates ART performance metrics. Ensures alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronization with enterprise objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience in Agile coaching and facilitation
- Demonstrated senior-level experience (minimum 8 years) implementing and coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments
- Proven track record of successful Agile transformations
- Mentors junior Scrum Masters and coaches leadership on Agile adoption
- Expert in SAFe framework and experienced in leading multiple Agile teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Clearance
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
Certification
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Advanced Agile certifications (CSP-SM, SAFe Program Consultant)
