Rôles et responsabilités

L'équipe Sciences cliniques de Cronos assure la supervision et l'expertise scientifiques nécessaires pour garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données d'évaluation des résultats dans les essais cliniques internationaux. L'équipe assure la formation et l'étalonnage des évaluateurs, examine les données d'évaluation, identifie et gère les risques liés aux mesures et collabore étroitement avec les équipes Opérations et Technologie des études afin de promouvoir une administration standardisée, la conformité réglementaire et des indicateurs de résultats de haute qualité dans toutes les études.

En tant que chercheur(se) clinicien(ne) au sein de l'équipe Sciences cliniques de Cronos, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
  • Assister aux réunions avec les promoteurs, au besoin.
  • Effectuer une revue des protocoles.
  • Contribuer au développement de la méthodologie de formation des évaluateurs.
  • Élaborer les supports de formation des évaluateurs, selon les directives.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité du travail des cliniciens sur les études qui leur sont attribuées.
  • Fournir une rétroaction aux évaluateurs d'essais cliniques par téléphone et/ou par courriel.
  • Effectuer des analyses des données des centres d'essais cliniques et déterminer les interventions nécessaires, en consultation avec les gestionnaires/directeurs cliniques s'il y a lieu.
  • Contribuer à la création de diapositives illustrant les problèmes et tendances identifiés dans les données de l'étude.
  • Faire éventuellement office de principal(e) représentant(e) clinique pour les interactions avec les promoteurs.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration de méthodologies d'intervention et du matériel de soutien.
  • Collaborer avec la direction clinique et le personnel, le cas échéant, en vue d'identifier, de suivre et de mettre à jour les livrables cliniques.
  • Communiquer directement avec les fournisseurs et clients externes, au besoin.
  • Contribuer éventuellement à l'élaboration de procédures opérationnelles normalisées et de directives de travail, selon les recommandations de la direction clinique.
  • Soutenir les activités cliniques, en assurant l'exécution et le suivi des activités liées au service ou au produit.
  • Communiquer efficacement les indicateurs du département clinique et des services/produits concernés à la direction clinique.
  • Exécuter les activités de préparation des données (nettoyage, transformation et validation) et réaliser les tâches d'analyse de données adaptées au niveau d'expérience.
  • Maîtriser l'utilisation de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) et de SharePoint dans l'exécution des tâches professionnelles.
  • Autres tâches attribuées.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE MINIMALES REQUISES
  • Détenir au minimum une maîtrise (MA/MS) en psychologie, counseling, psychiatrie, sciences infirmières ou travail social, ou l'équivalent.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience auprès de populations psychiatriques (ex. : schizophrénie, trouble dépressif majeur) et/ou neuropsychiatriques (ex. : maladie d'Alzheimer).
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'administration d'évaluations psychiatriques, d'échelles d'évaluation et/ou d'entrevues cliniques structurées.
  • Une expérience préalable dans le cadre d'essais sur le système nerveux central (SNC) constitue un atout.
  • Maîtrise avancée de l'anglais.


Clinical Scientist - Clinical Science, Cronos

Role & Responsibilities

The Cronos Clinical Science team provides scientific oversight and expertise to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of clinical outcome assessment data in global clinical trials. The team supports rater training and calibration, reviews assessment data, identifies and addresses measurement risk, and partners closely with Study Operations and Technology to promote standardized administration, regulatory compliance, and high-quality endpoints across studies.

As a Clinical Scientist in the Cronos Clinical Science team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Attend sponsor meetings, as required.
  • Conduct protocol review.
  • Contribute to the development of rater training methodology.
  • Develop rater training materials, as assigned.
  • Conduct Quality Control reviews of clinician work on assigned studies.
  • Provide feedback to clinical trial raters via calls and/or emails.
  • Conduct reviews of clinical trial site data and make determinations regarding required interventions, in consultation with Clinical Managers/Directors as needed.
  • Assist with creation of slides indicating issues and trends identified in study data.
  • May serve as the primary clinical representative for sponsor interactions.
  • Assist with development of intervention methodologies and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Leadership and staff, as appropriate, to identify, track, and update clinical deliverables.
  • Communicate directly with external vendors/clients, as required.
  • May contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, under the guidance of Clinical Leadership.
  • Support Clinical activities, ensuring appropriate execution and tracking of activities related to the service/product.
  • Effectively communicate Clinical Department and assigned service/product metrics to Clinical Leadership.
  • Execute data preparation activities-including cleaning, transformation, and validation-and perform data analytics tasks appropriate to experience level.
