Location: Ferris Care Center in-patient hospice unit: Grand Junction, Colorado
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Pay Range:
ASN: $38.02-$41.75/hour
BSN: $39.20-$43.05/hour
Summary of Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care in the FCC setting by following organizational policies/procedures, regulations, industry standards and fiscal accountability. The charge nurse oversees the emotional and physical health and safety of every person in the FCC inpatient unit - staff, patients and family members.

What You Bring:
- RN's with a minimum of 3 years acute care experience in medical/surgical, ICU, ER or other acute care health setting experience
- Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
- Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
- Valid Colorado driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
- Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Participates in the on-call, holiday, weekend, and after-hour's rotation.
