Titre du poste: Chargé de projetsL'objectif principal du département "Investissement capital & projets" est de maintenir les opérations et de supporter la croissance de l'usine 5. Le gestionnaire de projet recherché sera donc appelé à gérer des projets multidisciplinaires d'envergure variante en lien avec les installations, les équipements et les procédés utilisés à l'usine 5.
Celui-ci se rapportera au gestionnaire principal en chargé du support technique et des projets stratégiques.
Ce poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles à
St-Hubert, et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?Une journée typique dans le département " Investissement capital & projets " ressemble à ceci :
- Identifier, analyser et justifier les besoins liés à la réalisation des projets
- Assurer le suivi des projets et réaliser les différentes tâches ponctuelles requises
- Maintenir à jour les indicateurs clés des projets, tels que l'échéancier et le budget
- Discuter avec les différentes parties prenantes des projets, telles que l'ingénierie, l'équipe Qualité, l'équipe Santé et Sécurité, les clients et les fournisseurs
- Résoudre des problématiques non planifiées liées à la phase d'installation des projets
- Créer la documentation liée aux projets, telle que le plan qualité, le cahier des charges, l'échéancier et le " business case "
Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir? - Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience pertinente avec un DEC/Technique
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente avec un baccalauréat
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente avec une maîtrise
- Domaine d'études : génie ou gestion de projet
- Les principales compétences requises pour devenir gestionnaire de projet à l'usine 5 sont l'organisation du travail, la communication, l'adaptabilité et le souci du détail
Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Project ManagerWhy Join the Team? The primary objective of the "Capital Investment & Projects" department is to maintain operations and support the growth of Plant 5. The selected Project Manager will therefore be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects of varying scope related to the facilities, equipment, and processes used at Plant 5.
This individual will report to the Senior Manager responsible for Technical Support and Strategic Projects.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in St-Hubert, and is entirely on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like? A typical day in the "Capital Investment & Projects" department looks like this:
- Identify, analyze, and justify project-related needs
- Monitor project progress and carry out various ad hoc tasks as required
- Maintain up-to-date key project metrics such as schedule and budget
- Engage with project stakeholders, including Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety, clients, and suppliers
- Resolve unplanned issues related to the installation phase of projects
- Prepare project documentation such as the quality plan, statement of work, schedule, and business case
What do you need to be successful? - College diploma (DEC/technical diploma) with 8 or more years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Fields of study: Engineering or Project Management
- The key competencies required to become a Project Manager at Plant 5 are work organization, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
This position is within a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a strong command of English to read and understand technical documentation and terminology on a daily basis, which may originate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with clients, suppliers, or international colleagues.
