Titre du poste: Chargé de projet et analyste en transformation numérique - Fabrication

Le chargé de projet de fabrication travaille dans le site de fabrication Canadienne, localisé à Longueuil (Campus 1). Il participera au développement et à la mise en place des stratégies numériques visant à gérer l'ensemble des processus de fabrication pour améliorer la productivité et l'efficacité des opérations manufacturières. Ces stratégies Incluent, entre autres, les initiatives suivantes :
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) pour le génie de la fabrication
  • MES (Manufacturing Management System) pour l'exécution de la production
  • Migration à SAP S/4HANA


Par ailleurs:
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le réseau des utilisateurs de solutions numériques pour identifier et documenter leurs besoins ainsi que les différents processus manufacturiers;
  • Vous participerez à l'élaboration et au maintien du plan stratégique de l'organisation;
  • Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes de Technologie Digitale (DT) pour offrir une solution informatique ainsi qu'une méthodologie de travail alignées avec les besoins des utilisateurs;
  • Vous participerez aussi à l'élaboration et à l'exécution des stratégies de gestion du changement associées à la mise en production des différentes solutions numériques.


Ce poste demande une forte capacité à diriger et à influencer pour trouver des solutions optimales permettant d'obtenir un consensus entre plusieurs parties prenantes.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

Comme chargé de projets en transformation numérique au sein de l'équipe de Fabrication/Campus 1, vous devrez :
  • Comprendre et documenter les différents processus d'affaires entourant la fabrication;
  • Participer à l'amélioration de ces processus;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production (employés, superviseurs, génie manufacturier, directeurs) dans un environnement de bureaux et d'usine syndiqués;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de solutions technologiques (DT) ainsi que les développeurs afin de tester et implanter les solutions visées pour la production;
  • Développer et suivre les plans de projets et en faire la communication avec les utilisateurs;
  • Participer au développement des plans pour la gestion du changement;
  • Préparer et communiquer l'avancement des projets lors de rencontres pouvant impliquer des intervenants de tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou en ingénierie avec minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente;
  • Compétences démontrées en gestion de projets, idéalement en mode agile;
  • Leadership stratégique & tactique démontré;
  • Solides compétences en communication et savoir développer un réseautage;
  • Bilinguisme anglais/français à l'oral et à l'écrit;
  • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies numériques et compréhension des principes de l'industrie 4.0;
  • Connaissances et compétences des outils informatiques liés à la tâche : Microsoft Office, Visio, MS-Project, Jira, SAP.


Le candidat recherché doit faire preuve d'une grande autonomie et avoir de fortes habiletés en relations interpersonnelles. Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Lead & Analyst - Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Project Lead works in the Canadian manufacturing site, located in Longueuil (Campus 1). He will participate in the development and implementation of digital strategies aimed at managing all manufacturing processes to improve the productivity and efficiency in manufacturing operations. These strategies include, among others, the following initiatives:
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) for Manufacturing Engineering
  • MES (Manufacturing Management System) for production execution
  • Migration to SAP S/4HANA


Furthermore:
  • You will work closely with the network of digital solution users to identify and document their needs as well as the various manufacturing processes;
  • You will participate in the development and maintenance of the organization's strategic plan;
  • You will collaborate with the Digital Technology (DT) teams to provide IT solutions and methodologies aligned with user needs;
  • You will also contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies associated with the rollout of various digital solutions.


This position requires strong leadership and influencing skills to find optimal solutions and achieve consensus among multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

As a Project Lead in digital transformation within the Manufacturing/Campus 1 team, you will:
  • Understand and document the various business processes surrounding manufacturing;
  • Participate in the improvement of these processes;
  • Work closely with production teams (employees, supervisors, manufacturing engineers, managers) in office environment and a unionized factory;
  • Work in collaboration with the technological solutions teams (DT) as well as the developers to test and implement the targeted solutions for production;
  • Develop and track project plans and communicate with users;
  • Participate in the development of change management plans;
  • Prepare and communicate the progress of projects during meetings that may involve stakeholders from all levels of the organization.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or engineering minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ideally in an agile environment;
  • Proven strategic and tactical leadership;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop a network;
  • Bilingual in English/French, both spoken and written;
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and understanding of Industry 4.0 principle;
