As a Chapter Lead, you lead and develop a team of ERP experts while ensuring the stable and reliable operation of business-critical ERP solutions for project and service processes. You drive the chapter's contribution to the SAP S/4HANA transformation, balancing operational excellence with strategic innovation. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you ensure high-quality service delivery and the successful implementation of future-ready ERP capabilities.
How You'll Make an Impact
Leadership, mentoring, and development of ERP teams, including performance management, resource planning, and talent development
Team representation in management forums and cross-functional initiatives, serving as the primary chapter contact
Management of ERP service delivery, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with defined service levels (SLAs)
Governance of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as continuous service improvement
Leadership of ERP workstreams within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including solution design, implementation, and project delivery
Technical governance of ERP enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and transition of new solutions into stable operations, including knowledge transfer and documentation
What You Bring
