About the Role:

The CHAP Department Manager 1 is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the CHAP department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and continuous process improvement to meet organizational goals and compliance standards. The manager will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and department staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. They will also be accountable for monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and implementing policies that support departmental and organizational objectives.
