Full Job Description
About the Role The goal of this role is to own the operational execution of Meta Reality Labs products across our retail and distribution partner network. You'll manage the full order-to-cash cycle, drive CPFR with assigned accounts, and ensure channel inventory health meets our targets - all while actively using AI tooling to make the work faster, more accurate, and more scalable. This role reports into the regional Channel Operations Manager and sits within the Global Channel Operations team. You'll work directly with retail partners, distributors, and cross-functional teams spanning sales, logistics, planning, and finance. Why AI Matters Here Our team is building an AI-first operating model. This role requires hands-on, daily use of AI tools to solve real operational problems - not just familiarity with the concepts. You'll be expected to translate business needs into working AI solutions using the tools we have (enterprise AI assistants, Google Workspace AI, internal automation platforms).

Responsibilities

Channel Operations
• Own the bottom-up sell-in plan for assigned accounts and products
• Provide weekly partner communication: supply allocations, order confirmations, order status, and tracking
• Lead CPFR analysis - align retailer demand with available supply and ensure data accuracy in tools
• Manage and optimize channel inventory placement and in-stock levels against KPIs (WoS, In-Stock %, OTIF, OTD)
• Serve as the operational escalation point for assigned accounts
• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure all systems are updated for transacting business
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting as required
• Participate in partner meetings with Sales teams as needed
• Lead designated operational projects and initiatives
• AI & Process Improvement
• Identify manual, repetitive processes in our workflows and build AI-assisted solutions to reduce time-to-output
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, data extraction, partner updates, and analysis where it adds value
• Translate operational requirements into structured prompts, automations, and workflows - you're the bridge between 'what we need' and 'what AI can do'
• Assess new AI features and tooling as they become available; recommend adoption where applicable
• Share learnings with the wider team to drive collective capability

Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years in supply chain operations - you understand inventory, allocation, orders, fulfillment, and how distributors and retail partners work
• Proven AI proficiency - not theoretical. You already use AI tools to get work done. Show us: automations you've built, reporting you've streamlined, processes you've improved using AI, or workflows you've designed with prompt engineering
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions - knowing when AI adds value, when it doesn't, and executing accordingly
• ERP experience - Oracle, SAP, or equivalent order management systems
• Strong Excel and reporting skills - comfortable with data, analysis, and presenting findings
• Experience communicating operational updates and recommendations to cross-functional audiences, including sales, engineering, retail partners, and 3PL vendors
• Adaptability - fast-paced environment, changing priorities, new tools and processes regularly

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Track record of improving operational efficiency through technology or process redesign
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Familiarity with KPIs: Weeks of Supply, OTIF, On-Time Delivery, forecast accuracy
• Experience with CPFR, demand planning, or inventory management in consumer electronics or retail
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience building workflows or automations on AI platforms (enterprise AI tools, scripting with AI assistance, or similar)
• Multi-channel fulfillment experience across direct, distributor, and retail partner networks
