Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Are you a strategic sales leader who understands that a $30,000 dental implant case isn't just a clinical procedure, it's a financial event? We are looking for a Channel Director of Sales to own the Dental vertical. In this role, you will be the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the high-ticket dental space. You will bridge the gap between fintech innovation and the clinical needs of high-production dental practices, DSOs, and implant specialty centers.

What You'll Do

1. Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Define and execute the national sales strategy for the dental vertical, specifically targeting the high-ticket implant and restorative market.
  • Identify market trends and competitor gaps to position our lending products as the "first-look" choice.

2. Enterprise Client Acquisition & Management

  • Target, prospect, and close Enterprise-level accounts, including top-tier Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), implant franchises, and multi-location specialty groups.
  • Cultivate C-suite relationships to integrate our financing platform into the clinical workflow of large-scale providers.

3. Product Ecosystem Development

  • Collaborate with Product and Risk teams to refine lending criteria, interest rates, and "buy-down" programs tailored for high-ticket cases.
  • Ensure the UX/UI of the financing application meets the fast-paced needs of a dental consult room.

4. Performance Metrics & KPI Ownership

  • Establish, monitor, and report on vertical-specific KPIs, including:
    • Application Volume & Approval Rates
    • Funded Volume (Originations)
    • Merchant Acquisition Cost (MAC)
    • Retention/Same-Store Growth

5. Collaborative Leadership

The Channel Director, Dental is not an island; success in this role requires seamless integration with both the internal corporate engine and the frontline sales force. You will act as the connective tissue between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution.

The requirements listed are representative, but not all-inclusive of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform successfully in this position.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Industry Expert: You have 7+ years of experience in dental sales, fintech, or patient financing. You understand the space and the different level of procedures and how payment solutions can help patients.
  • The Closer: You have a proven track record of selling into the C-suite of DSOs or large Dental enterprises, well established current relationships a plus.
  • The Analyst: You are comfortable with data. You can look at a funnel and identify exactly where the drop-off is happening, whether it's credit-decisioning or user friction.
  • The Communicator: You can translate complex fintech "speak" into "clinical value" for doctors and office managers.
  • The Team Player: Our culture expects selfless, broad perspective team members who place an emphasis on team wins

Technical Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years focused in dental or medical financing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Established relationships with major DSOs and key dental industry stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including trade shows such as ADSO and Chicago Midwinter, as well as enterprise onsite visits

Why Join Us?

We are disrupting the "old guard" of patient lending. While legacy lenders are tightening their belts, we are leveraging technology to provide higher approval rates and faster funding for the procedures that change patients' lives.

*Note to Applicants: We are looking for a builder, not a maintainer. If you have a passion for the intersection of healthcare and finance, we want to talk to you.

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 80% for employees and dependents
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Parental leave
  • AD&D policy provided at no cost to employees
