Job Description

As a Change Manager, you will support the people side of transformation by helping employees adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working across Nielsen. This role focuses on change execution - turning strategy into practical, well-organized communications, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption activities that help teams move successfully through change.

Working in partnership with senior program and transformation leaders, you will help deliver change plans, assess impacts, support readiness activities, and reinforce adoption for technology, process improvement, and operational change initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in communication, organization, collaboration, and follow-through, and who is continuing to build deeper expertise in structured change management approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of change management plans for technology, process, and transformation initiatives
  • Partner with project, program, and business teams to identify impacted stakeholders and support change readiness activities
  • Help develop and maintain stakeholder lists, communication plans, readiness trackers, feedback logs, and adoption metrics
  • Draft clear, audience-appropriate communications (such as system announcements, FAQs, job aids, training tutorials, etc.)
  • Coordinate training-related activities by partnering with subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leads
  • Assist with impact assessments and help document how changes affect teams
  • Monitor feedback channels, identify common themes or resistance points, and escalate risks or issues to senior change or program leaders
  • Support workshops, office hours, and engagement sessions that help leaders and employees understand and adopt change
  • Measure and report on change adoption indicators such as participation, readiness, engagement, and feedback trends
  • Build knowledge of Nielsen's processes, teams, and transformation priorities while developing stronger change management capabilities over time
  • Provide guidance to new associates


Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in tech project management, change management, training support, or related technical transformation work
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
  • Experience supporting change, technology implementations, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly in straightforward situations
  • Ability to organize work, manage multiple deliverables, and follow through
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, summarize feedback, and support standard problem solving using experience, judgment, and established procedures
  • Familiarity with change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, or training coordination
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
