Change Management Partner, you'll support strategic business initiatives by developing and executing effective change management strategies that drive employee engagement, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of organizational changes.
Your work will help ensure that critical projects are implemented smoothly, risks are proactively managed, and teams are equipped to embrace new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
What You'll Do Lead Change Management Initiatives - Support change initiatives across business functions and organizational teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate successful transitions.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to align change efforts with business goals and operational objectives.
- Ensure organizational readiness for upcoming changes and transformations.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Create and implement communication strategies that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption.
- Engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization to build support and drive participation.
- Foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams and departments.
- Facilitate discussions and provide guidance during periods of organizational change.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement - Identify potential risks, barriers, and resistance to change.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & Strategic Partnership - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project goals and business outcomes.
- Influence and guide teams through change using proven methodologies and best practices.
- Help establish sustainable change management processes that support long-term success.
Required Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Typically 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced degree may substitute for some experience requirements.
- Related professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Required Skills - Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities.
- Experience supporting people-focused strategies and organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to influence, engage, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
Preferred Qualifications - Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Experience implementing formal change management plans and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencer management experience.
- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive adoption and sustain organizational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation projects.
