About the Role:Soccer Shots - Palm Beach South is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale! Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and overall fiscal health of the organization
- Partner with executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to ownership and leadership teams
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for youth development, sports, or community-based organizations is a plus
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
