Full Job Description
ResponsibilitiesThe CFO is a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Powerback Rehab. This includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management, and financial reporting. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and implement strategies that support the company's growth and financial health.* Financial Strategy and Planning: Develops and implements financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversees long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan.* Financial Management: Leads the financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting and budgeting. Manages cash flow, investment strategies, and capital allocation to ensure financial stability and liquidity.* Financial Reporting: Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. Prepares and presents financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensures appropriate cash flow.* Risk Management: Identifies and manages financial risks, including compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develops and implements internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.* Team Leadership: Leads and mentors the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensures the team has the necessary skills, resources, and support to achieve their goals.* Stakeholder Engagement: Serves as a key liaison with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Operational Efficiency: Evaluates and improves financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Implements best practices in financial management and operations.Performs other related duties as required.
