HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking skilled, motivated CRNAs to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a leading facility within the West Florida Division. We are building an exceptional group of clinicians who value teamwork, clinical excellence, and continuous professional growth.

This program cares for a high-acuity patient population, offering opportunities to expand and refine advanced skills. Our providers also receive specialty skill stipends for cardiac anesthesia and transplant anesthesia, reflecting the complexity and importance of the work they do.

Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights:
  • Staffing model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP lab, Cath lab and Endo. Average annual surgical volume of 9,000
  • Diverse mix of cases including cardiac and transplant (separate team), heavy ortho, general surgery, endo, neuro, spine, vascular, robotics, etc. No pediatrics, OB or trauma.
  • CRNAs practice top of license. Able to perform peripheral nerve blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Willing to train.
  • Flexible shifts. No overnights. 1-2 weekday only beeper calls scheduled per month for additional comp.
  • New graduates interested in optimizing a wide range of skills are more than welcome to apply
Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • Excellent tiered base salary plus $30K geographic stipend.
