Compensation:- Hourly equivalent earning potential of approximately $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on caseload, productivity, and scheduling preferences.

Flexible Scheduling Options:- Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM.
- Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized scheduling options.

Essential Responsibilities:- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Assist pediatric patients in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living skills.
- Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising therapist.
- Educate families and caregivers on treatment activities and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:- Current North Carolina Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
