Responsibilities

  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
  • Provide technical expertise, review, and oversight for hygiene-related services and projects.
  • Generate and provide technical reviews of documentation such as reports and proposals.
  • Manage and generate deliverable documentation for various projects including work plans and specifications.
  • Execute prescribed technical procedures and work plans consistently.
  • Coordinate and schedule projects with clients as directed.
  • Participate in project management and health and safety meetings.
  • Maintain professionalism and objectivity while working with clients and colleagues.

Your mission

You will play an important role in a dynamic and passionate team, collaborating on a variety of projects of all sizes and scopes in the environment, renewable energies, hydroelectricity, transportation, materials, buildings and climate change markets. Your main responsibilities
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
  • Providing technical expertise, review and oversight for Hygiene related services and projects.
  • Generating and providing technical reviews of deliverable documentation such as technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages.
  • Managing and/or generating deliverable documentation of various projects including work plans, specifications and technical documents.
  • Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures and work plans.
  • Interacting, coordinating, and scheduling projects with clients, as directed by the Team Lead or Director.
  • Participating in project management meetings, office meetings, health, and safety inspections.
  • Maintaining a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high quality of work.
  • Consistently maintaining professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients who require varying degrees of support.
  • Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts.

The salary range for this position is $89,436 to $117,384 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
