Project Summary

This position supports the Emergency Post-Hurricane Lowell Facility Damage Assessment at PMRF Barking Sands, and several remote sites in Kauai. Operating under a NAVFAC Pacific Command solicitation, the purpose of this immediate-action contract phase is to evaluate damage from Hurricane Lowell with 92 MPH gusts and 17 inches of rain across multiple facilities, and miles of fencing. On-ground assessment duration is short: deployment imminent.

Special conditions include strict federal base access approvals (DBIDS), entirely contractor-furnished logistics (post-storm environment), and air-freighted field operations with no initial barge dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
