Strategic Leadership
- Vision and Growth: Set 3-to-5-year plans for opening new locations, scaling operations, or preparing the group for partnership.
- Culture Builder: Shape a positive workplace culture focused on high staff retention and exceptional patient care.
- Board Relations: Report major milestones, performance metrics, and financial status directly to the board of directors.
Financial and Operations Management
- P&L Mastery: Manage consolidated profit and loss statements, budgeting, cash flow, and overhead costs. Managing and overseeing (EBITDA)
- Process Optimization: Implement centralized billing, scheduling, and administrative systems to drive efficiency across clinics.
- Compliance: Ensure all offices follow state, federal, and healthcare regulatory standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board rules.
Team and Resource Management
- Executive Oversight: Supervise key leaders on the corporate team.
- Recruitment Strategy: Oversee high-level talent acquisition for both administrative staff and clinical staff.
Minimum Qualifications:- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
