CEO Advisor | Business Growth & Operations

Company: How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM)
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA)
Compensation: $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $182,000+

As a CEO Advisor, you serve as the executive partner helping owners think and operate like CEOs while building scalable, accountable businesses.
What You'll Do

You will partner directly with law firm owners to:
  • Build and execute business growth strategies
  • Improve operations, systems, and accountability
  • Strengthen cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
  • Support hiring, structure, and leadership development
  • Coach owners through key business decisions
  • Help firms transition from owner-dependent to scalable operations

This is hands-on executive leadership across multiple businesses-not traditional consulting.
Who This Role Is For

This role is designed exclusively for experienced business operators.

You must have direct experience working with P&Ls ranging from $500K to $50M in revenue.

You have likely:
  • Owned or operated a business
  • Held full P&L responsibility or direct financial accountability
  • Built teams, systems, and organizational structure
  • Improved profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency
  • Coached or influenced business owners or senior leaders

Typical backgrounds include:

CEO, COO, President, General Manager, Founder, Owner, Operations Director, or EOS Integrator.
