Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Centralized Order Entry (COE) Manager, you will work with the division pharmacy team to coordinate and oversee COE operations. Your goal is to ensure regulatory compliance, financial performance, and exceptional service in centralized pharmacy functions.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will oversee and coordinate the workflow of COE operations.
  • You will oversee pharmacy order entry and related functions.
  • You will provide pharmacy and COE orientation and training to all employees.
  • You will participate in quality improvement and fiscal and productivity goals and objectives with management.
  • You will serve as the primary resource for standardizing work processes with facilities to ensure timely and efficient services.
  • You will manage annual performance evaluations for COE staff.
  • You will ensure all regulatory requirements and inspections are completed as needed.
  • You will participate in tracking and trending of all medication incidents related to COE operations.


What qualifications you will need:

  • B.S. in pharmacy is required
  • Pharm.D., MBA or M.S. is preferred
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, Pharmacy Information Systems, Business Objects, and vendor applications is required
  • You must have1-3 years' management experience.
