Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your DayThe Centerline Planning and Support group provides centralized planning and reporting for both central and distributed new unit projects. This includes common management of technical issues, empty bird planning, tool forecasting and other back-office support functions.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop common forecasting tools and report on both central and distributed new unit demands
  • Maintain standard Completion of Factory Scope (CoFS) and Empty Bird schedules, labor models, cost models, and generic tool lists
  • Forecast future tool demands and coordinate with operational groups and the tooling depots
  • Lead special programs to implement fleet-wide solutions for technical issues
  • Ensure outages are scheduled and resource demands are visible in SalesForce
  • Assist in tooling orders for new unit sites
What You Bring
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or related field. Or combined equivalent (extensive experience/educational background including potential technical certifications or degrees).
  • 5+ years of experience in the fields of, project management/planning. power plant maintenance, or construction.
  • Dedicated and resourceful to achieve goals independently in addition to working well in groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work for yourself and others, under strict timelines and being flexible to changing needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong technical writing skills. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn others as needed).
  • Flexibility and willingness for domestic and international travel 20%.
