Full Job Description
As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at OrangeTwist Center, one location. You will lead a team of employees, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales and profitability, and maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role requires strong leadership, managerial skills, and a deep understanding of operations. Locations: - 1700 116th Avenue NE, Suite 101, Bellevue, Washington 98004 - NE 143rd Street & 148th Place NE, Woodinville, WA 98072 Schedule: 5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month Compensation: Total compensation of $150k-$250k salary, based on performance What You Will Do: - Meets and exceeds company revenue goals and KPIs. - Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards; efficient and professional guest check-in, friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby and resolves guest problems and complaints as needed - Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable - Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions - Develop team and hold accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals - Prepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed; responds to corporate requests - Submit schedule and staff hours to Regional Director for approval to ensure proper payroll management and adequate center coverage. - Establishes, modifies, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow - Ensures Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes including; ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with OSHA regulations. - Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed, to provide staff with continuing education. - Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events. - Be aware of and comply with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the Center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered Nurses Qualifications: - College Degree or equivalent. - Minimum 2 experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role - Minimum 2 experience in leadership - Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred) Perks - Forward-thinking, transparent, and inclusive company culture - Competitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance - 401k employee contributions, FSA, and dependent care options - Continuing education with our own University - Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development - All benefits dependent on role and eligibility We're accepting applications on an ongoing basis and will continue reviewing candidates until the role is filled.
