As a Center Administrator, you'll plan and direct the work of both clinical and administrative teams, shaping the day-to-day success of a multi-physician practice. You'll blend strong business acumen with genuine care for patients and staff, building a culture where your team thrives and patients feel it.
What You'll Do- You will lead and develop MA and Front Office staff, managing schedules, performance, and a positive team culture
- You will oversee daily center operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- You will Manage P&L and financial performance, connecting strategy to results
- You will drive staffing, onboarding, and ongoing training for associates and providers
- You will partner with Regional AOD, AMDs, and clinical dyad leadership to align operational and clinical goals
- You will monitor and improve patient experience (NPS), leading service recovery and complain resolution
- You will conduct safety and compliance audits, including clinical logs, MSDS, and OSHA standards
- You will collaborate with providers and risk management on patient terminations
- You will communicate incentive plans and support provider engagement strategies to reduce turnover and burnout
What You Bring- Ability to work on-site at assigned Center(s)
- 3+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group, spanning both front office and clinical operations, with proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
- Primary Care experience, full-risk VBC experience, understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems and general software proficiency
Nice to Have- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Population Health Strategy
- Familiarity with Medicare
- Experience managing a budget of $500,000+

$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
