Full Job Description
Halff has an immediate opening for a Construction Services (CEI) Senior Project Engineer in Jacksonville, Florida.

The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering and construction management experience with a focus on transportation in the consulting industry and/or working with, or for, public sector clients. The successful candidate should have experience managing CEI projects, managing inspection and testing teams, or coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, make decisions independently and resolve complex problems. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must be able to manage budgets, personnel, schedules, sub consultants, and client interaction. The candidate must also support operations managers and practice leaders in business development and pursuit of construction engineering and inspection opportunities.

What you will do:
  • Lead and win pursuits for CEI opportunities with local governments and FDOT
  • Provide leadership, supervision, training, and development to CEI engineers, project administrators, and inspectors
  • Provide CEI Senior Project Engineer duties as per FDOT standard scope of services to current and future projects
  • Lead by example in Culture, Safety, Quality, and Professionalism
