Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Case Manager for our Community Day Service program to join our diverse team in Geneva and be a part of our life-changing mission.The salary of this position is $82,000 - $87,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Through clinical excellence, caring practice and extraordinary teamwork, Marklund nurses boldly advance the practice of nursing every day. As a Nurse Case Manager you will make a difference in the lives of our residents in the following ways:
- Serve as the Administrative and Clinical Coordinator of all nursing activities for the day program.
- Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise nursing and direct care staff.
- Work with staff, parents and regulatory bodies to ensure all appropriate measures are taken in relation to resident care.
- Plan, develop and coordinate Quality Improvement Programs to enhance the quality of resident care.
- Monitor Infection Control Program, in accordance with policies and procedures, to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care and safety can be maintained at all times.

Apply Today!Experience and SkillsNurse Case Manager Qualifications:- Valid nursing license in the state of Illinois, current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
- Possess current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements
