Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
Established customer freight helps support year-round hauling opportunities, dependable weekly mileage, and reliable freight availability throughout the year.
Compensation:
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment:
Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.
Equipment is assigned based on availability.
Home Time:
This position offers home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around freight availability and route assignments while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.

Qualifications:
Valid CDL-A license • Acceptable driving history • Previous tractor-trailer experience preferred • Ability to operate 53' dry van trailers • Current DOT medical certification standards
