Qualifications

• CDL-A license with a minimum of 3 months driving experience
• Ability to mentor and train new drivers

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers in a real-world setting
• Evaluate trainee driving skills and provide constructive feedback
• Manage scheduling within a 14-hour workday
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during training
• Document trainee progress and milestones
