What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations for all on-site catered events across a multi-building Pfizer campus
  • Manage event order communications, scheduling, delivery, set-up, and clean-up

  • Bring tailored menus and culinary programs to life in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a sharp eye for detail
  • Manage financial results, including analysis and accurate invoicing for all events
  • Oversee special events from concept through follow-through

What We're Looking For
  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and get things done without direct instruction
  • Ability to meet company uniform standards and use all required PPE per company guidelines
