What You Will Do- JOB SUMMARY - Lead procurement strategy for Professional/Corporate Services in Americas, delivering measurable value through category strategy, sourcing, supplier performance management, cross-functional project delivery. Point of contact for Category procurement activities in USA, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, drive alignment to indirect strategic initiatives. Accountable for converting Professional & Corporate Services spend into measurable, sustainable P&L impact, managing delivery risk, stakeholder complexity, ensuring category strategies deliver business objectives.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
Principal Accountabilities - Own category strategy, implementation for Professional/ Corporate Services across Americas region. Own, deliver category plans, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation activities (pricing, terms, service levels) to ensure delivery of category objectives, value creation, reflected within business plans, P&L. Build, maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, external service providers to influence at strategic level, ensure business requirements are effectively met. Ensure contract administration, supplier performance management activities are in place, operating effectively. Lead supplier performance, relationship management activities across Professional & Corporate Services category. Accountable for ensuring compliance with approved procurement policies, governance requirements, buying channels. Manage supplier risk, sustainability, compliance requirements within agreed frameworks, organizational standards. Manage the Professional and Corporate Services opportunity pipeline in alignment with regional leaders and global stakeholders, ensuring visibility, prioritization, delivery confidence against plan. Work closely with indirect procurement teams, global Professional/Corporate Services teams to implement global category strategies, procurement solutions wherever possible.
Critical Decisions - Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, support delivery of category strategies. Determine most appropriate sourcing approach for Professional/Corporate Services requirements (e.g. RFQ, RFP, direct award or framework use) in line with category strategy, business needs. Lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract awards. Determine supplier shortlists, make supplier selection recommendations based on capability, risk, value, alignment to category objectives. Establish commercial negotiation positions relating to pricing, contract terms, service level requirements. Deliver annual cost savings, value creation targets across assigned Professional/Corporate Services categories. Manage relationships with key regional suppliers, drive improvements in supplier performance, service delivery. Recommend suppliers for engagement, development or exit based on supplier performance, capability, risk, business requirements. Identify commercial, operational, supplier risks, determine appropriate mitigation actions within agreed frameworks. Provide category/market insight to support sourcing activity, category planning, business decision-making. Support implementation of global category strategies, procurement solutions in collaboration with regional, global procurement teams.

Qualifications- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Essential
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management
- Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience delivering cost savings and value creation initiatives
- Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and Communication
- Experience managing supplier performance and risk
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives and delivering value creation outcomes
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CIPS qualification or equivalent
- Experience within Professional and Corporate Services categories
- Experience operating in a multinational environment
- Experience implementing global category strategies
- Knowledge of procurement technology and analytics tools.

Annual Base Salary Range: $119325.00 - $159100.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
