Clinic-Based Therapy
  • Reduce travel time: Most clients are based in one of our 8 upstate clinics, with minimal services provided in home or school settings.
  • Collaborative support: Work alongside skilled BCBAs and supervisors in your clinic to brainstorm, problem-solve, and share expertise.
  • Crisis management assistance: Every clinic has a site-specific supervisor on call for immediate support.

  • Receive leadership training on topics like mentoring RBTs, effective feedback, and managing diverse personalities.

What We're Looking For
  • Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA).
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
    • Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
    • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
  • Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, including a tuberculosis (TB) screening.
