Job DescriptionJoin the team at Balfour at Louisville as the Care Services Director! The Care Services Director manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.
Availability: Monday-Friday
Pay: $105,000-$115,000/yr

What will I do every day?
- Complete accurate and regular resident assessments
- Determine the appropriate level of care
- Maintain all resident information, files, and reports
- Supervise and administer all resident medications
- Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements
- Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers
- Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses
- Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing
- Conduct departmental planning and forecasting
- Hire and train care team associates
- Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Director-level care leadership role
- BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields
- Experience in working with seniors
- Ability to work weekends and/or nights as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications:
- Active LPN license required
- CPR Certified
- First Aid Certified
- Universal Precautions trained
