Tufts Medical Center Community Care is currently seeking an
Outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team in Melrose MA. Join a well-established team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners in this clinic-based role. Both Experienced and New Grad candidates will be considered with previous experience in Cardiology preferred.
This position will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, manage, and optimize treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac disease. The position focuses on improving cardiovascular outcomes, supporting chronic disease management, and enhancing patient quality of life.
How You'll Transform Patient Care- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of cardiology conditions in the outpatient setting
- Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
- Focus on quality outcomes, preventive care, and chronic disease management

Who you are: - Cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, or related advanced practice experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class patient satisfaction and support
- Current certification in CPR required

Pay Range:$124,800.00 - $156,000.00
