Full Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA) to support our cardiology team in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The APP will work collaboratively with cardiologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions while supporting continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions under established protocols and collaborative agreements.
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, ECGs, and other diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Provide follow-up care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
  • Assist with inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
