Cardiac Sonographer Position SummaryThe Ambulatory Cardiac Sonographer performs vascular and/or cardiac ultrasound procedures as ordered, at a level of competence not requiring supervision of technical detail in an outpatient setting. This position participates in a variety of patient care and technical activities related to the operations of the office.
Cardiac Sonographer Position Requirements Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Echo Ultrasound from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
- At least one year of experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited program will be considered in lieu of experience.
- State Registered Cardiac Sonographer, RDCS or RCS preferred.
