Join a team that develop analytical solutions including product benefit assessments, segmentation analysis, business cases, performance dashboards

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate, within the Card and Overdraft Collections Analytics team, you will develop analytical solutions including product benefit assessments, segmentation analysis, business cases, performance dashboards, and more to help drive benefit for the collections product.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the card and overdraft collections business, including existing product features and strategy, various collections-specific performance metrics and terminology, and nuances of collections data
  • Perform detailed quantitative analysis utilizing SAS/SQL programming and/or Alteryx and/or Python to evaluate performance of new and existing collections strategies and product features
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing strategy segmentation and product functionality and create recurring reporting such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators and trends in collections customer behavior
  • Develop financial business cases to support variousproduct initiatives
  • Partner with technology and product to create data capture and storage recommendations and requirements for future initiatives and cloud migration
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for automation of analytical processes
  • Present analytics and recommendations clearly and concisely to product and analytics management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor27s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Applied Economics, Management Information Systems, etc.); 4+ years of experience in an analytical / finance or engineering related role
  • 4+ years of work experience across a broad range of analytics technologies and tools (SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Unix, Excel Pivot, etc.) in a big data environment
  • Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) / Agentic AI for analytical purposes
  • Experience in producing A/B test analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate appropriate level of technical detail based on audience
  • Superior organizational and process skills, attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a dynamic, matrixed environment and managing multiple responsibilities with tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience conducting Natural Language Processing (NLP) text analytics
  • Basic knowledge of credit card and retail businesses, collections-specific knowledge helpful but not required
  • Experience with product/marketing analytics
