JOB DESCRIPTION

Captured Enemy Material SME

***This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.***

Cherokee Preting is seeking an Intelligence Analyst specializing in Captured Enemy Material. The Captured Enemy Material SME will participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM related documents and media.

Captured Enemy Material SME Responsibilities Include: 

  • Participates in the exploitation and analysis of CEM related documents and media. 
  • Prepares and provides briefings and assessments to U.S. national and foreign intelligence consumers, the Intelligence Community, DoD, and other US government officials as appropriate on CEM intelligence issues. 
  • Produces intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing routine intelligence studies, plans, and or products. 
  • Collaborates with analysts throughout DoD and the Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments in assigned area of responsibility. 
  • Contributes to the maintenance of a variety of manual and automated databases of relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected research products.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Captured Enemy Material SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

  • Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.

  • Ten years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community.

  • Not less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field.

  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.

  • Advanced skill-sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.

  • Advanced skill-sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Sit Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest.

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.

  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting.

  • Must possess a valid US passport.

  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

  • Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. 

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
