Duties:- Work with clients to develop business relationships.
- Work with clients to define business requirements for projects.
- Development of detailed work scopes that align with the clients' needs.
- Development of detailed control budgets to meet scope of work.
- Development of project timelines to meet work scope and client requirements.
- Management of assigned resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Work with vendors/suppliers to acquire equipment and technology.
- Maintain proper project documentation.
- Promote professionalism throughout the workplace.
- Promote safety on assigned projects.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:A Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university with at least five (5) years of experience in industrial work including but not limited to refinery, petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline or utility industries; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
License Requirements:- Valid Driver's License as par State law or requirement
- Professional license preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
- Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
- Ability to use multi-level stair towers and rung ladders unassisted.
- Ability to hear safety alarms and signals while wearing hearing protection.
- Ability to sit at desk and operate computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Ability to see with visual acuity and distinguish between colors.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. on a regular basis is required and at times lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.

* Due to being an in-plant position, the below referenced Job Duties have been provided by the client: Job Summary:Responsible for leading capital and major maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all PSM and SHE requirements. Oversees project scope, cost, risk, and contractor performance while delivering reliable, efficient solutions that support business objectives and operational needs.
- Lead capital projects from planning through completion in an industrial plant environment.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with plant HSE requirements, safety programs, and regulatory standards.
- Drive safe project execution through contractor safety management, risk assessments, permit coordination, and hazard reviews.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project performance through milestones, KPIs, cost controls, forecasting, and schedule management.
- Oversee contractor and supplier selection, negotiations, performance, quality, and change management processes.
- Coordinate construction activities around operating units to minimize disruptions and effectively manage outages and tie-ins.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and HSE teams to ensure successful project execution and startup.
- Provide regular project updates to plant leadership, including status, risks, costs, and key decisions.
