About the role:
  • Accountable to the delivery of major CAPEX projects and programs (>5 OY) up to completion of PPQs within the assigned region, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Provide functional leadership and accountability for site-based Project Managers, ensuring consistent application of project management standards, governance and best practices.
  • Support regional CAPEX portfolio management by providing visibility, prioritization input and alignment of projects with business objectives.
  • Contribute to CAPEX planning processes (LRP, MRP, MYC, LBE) through regional inputs, project insights and execution readiness, in alignment with global governance.


How you will contribute:

As member of the Global Engineering Team, the Capital Program Lead (CPL) is accountable for the successful delivery of assigned CAPEX projects and programs within a defined region. The CPL provides leadership to site-based Project Managers and ensures consistent and effective project execution across all projects in scope.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned CAPEX projects/programs (>5 OY) up to PPQs, including scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk management.
  • Accountable to successfully hand over of the projects for commercial operations.
  • Lead and direct site Project Managers within the region (solid and dotted line), ensuring effective execution, performance management and capability development.
  • Ensure consistent deployment of project management standards, tools and governance across all projects in scope, aligned with Global Engineering requirements.
  • Drive project performance monitoring and reporting, including KPIs, risk management, issue resolution and escalation as required.
  • Coordinate with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Quality, EHS, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
  • Support regional portfolio prioritization and resource allocation by providing transparency on project status, risks and interdependencies.
  • Ensure implementation and sharing of lessons learned and best practices across projects and sites to continuously improve delivery performance.
  • Interface with global CAPEX planning and governance functions, providing regional input to planning cycles and ensuring alignment with approved investment strategies.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$177,000.00 - $278,080.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
