The Loan Underwriter & Data Specialist is responsible for engaging with commercial real estate lenders, performing underwriting to evaluate loan opportunities, shopping loans to secure optimal terms, and collecting detailed data from clients. This position requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, effective communication skills, and an ability to streamline the lending process to enhance client satisfaction. The individual will work closely with lenders and internal teams to support strategic lending solutions and contribute to the firm's mission.
Requirements- Engage and Collaborate: Build strong working relationships with commercial real estate lenders to secure financing solutions for transactions.
- Underwriting Expertise: Conduct detailed financial underwriting to assess borrower eligibility, market conditions, and transaction viability.
- Loan Shopping: Compare loan products across multiple lenders to identify the best-fit solutions for client needs.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize client financial information and supporting documentation to ensure a seamless lending process.
- Client Support: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the lending process and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize workflows and enhance the efficiency of the underwriting and loan shopping process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Integrity Capital team to align on client goals and uphold the company's cultural values.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or underwriting, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, or similar assets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and related software.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of developing professional relationships. Must have a strong sense of self confidence.
- Persuasiveness in influencing others effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or underwriting, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, or similar assets.

Benefits- $60,000 + healthy commission structure (dependent on experience). Range is 100 to 120K per year.
