  • Resource & Schedule Management: Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and track key milestones using scheduling tools.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers, operations, procurement and external equipment suppliers to source components and manage lead times; lead procurement and vendor management including RFQs, evaluation, and contract execution.
  • Budget & BOM Control: Oversee project finances and bill-of-materials (BOM) accuracy; ensure estimates cover procurement and installation to produce high-fidelity numbers for the CRS Capital Plan.
  • Standardization: Standardize equipment and processes across CRS to reduce variance, cost, and downtime.
  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain equipment risk profiles that inform purchase upgrade, repair decisions, and capital allocation.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Lifecycle: Define and implement preventative maintenance methodologies, spare parts strategies, and lifecycle cost analyses to maximize asset uptime and life.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all equipment complies with industry safety standards (e.g., LOTO, OSHA) and site safety practices prior to turning over to production.
  • Continuous Improvement & Technology Insertion: Drive continuous improvement and technology insertion, evaluating automation and hardware upgrades for productivity, safety, and reliability gains.
  • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation: installation plans, maintenance procedures, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and safety to ensure technical and regulatory compliance.
