Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related experience in natural gas and/or land development engineering, design projects and associated permitting requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Significant hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a self-starter and team player attitude.
• Prior hands-on management experience.
• Proficiency in client interaction and relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for an engineering/survey office.
• Lead all phases of civil engineering and design efforts for natural gas and land development projects.
• Direct and coordinate the work of internal and external resources involved in project execution.
• Oversee the design, engineering, permitting, and approval processes for projects.
• Engage in business development activities as required.
• Maintain and manage client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
