Joignez-vous à Danone Canada à titre de Gestionnaire fiscal Canada et jouez un rôle clé et visible à l'intersection de la fiscalité, des finances, des opérations et de la stratégie mondiale.

Basé à notre bureau de Boucherville et relevant du responsable fiscalité Amérique du Nord, il s'agit d'une occasion idéale pour un professionnel de la fiscalité qui apprécie à la fois la profondeur technique et le partenariat d'affaires concret. Vous travaillerez sur la fiscalité canadienne des sociétés, les taxes indirectes, les prix de transfert, les vérifications fiscales, la planification fiscale et les crédits d'impôt, tout en collaborant avec des collègues au Canada, aux États-Unis et avec des équipes mondiales.

Responsabilités

Fiscalité corporative
  • Diriger les calculs trimestriels et annuels des provisions d'impôts, assurer le suivi des attributs fiscaux et effectuer les rapprochements de comptes fiscaux.
  • Superviser la préparation et la production des déclarations de revenus, y compris les obligations liées au Pilier Deux et aux déclarations transfrontalières.
  • Gérer les versements mensuels d'acomptes provisionnels.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les fournisseurs de services externes pour les déclarations fiscales et les projets connexes.

Taxes indirectes
  • Avec l'appui de l'équipe, gérer la préparation et le rapprochement mensuels des déclarations de TPS/TVH.

Planification et stratégie fiscales
  • Gérer les crédits d'impôt et les incitatifs fiscaux fédéraux et provinciaux.
  • Effectuer des prévisions et des analyses de scénarios liés au revenu imposable, aux impacts sur le taux d'imposition effectif, aux réorganisations et aux changements législatifs.
  • Agir comme expert-conseil interne sur les règles fiscales canadiennes et les tendances émergentes.

Vérifications fiscales
  • Gérer la collecte d'information, la production de documents et les réponses aux demandes des autorités fiscales et organismes gouvernementaux.
  • Développer des dossiers de défense pour atténuer les risques potentiels de vérification.

Prix de transfert
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre, le maintien et le suivi des politiques mondiales de prix de transfert et des cadres de tarification intersociétés afin d'assurer leur conformité.
  • Participer à la préparation de la documentation mondiale en matière de prix de transfert, notamment le fichier principal, les fichiers locaux, les rapports propres aux pays et la déclaration pays par pays (CbCR), tout en surveillant les développements mondiaux tels que le Pilier Deux de l'OCDE et les règles liées au projet BEPS.
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et maintenir les ententes intersociétés.

Gestion des parties prenantes
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations de travail avec les équipes d'affaires, de comptabilité, juridiques, de trésorerie et les autres parties prenantes clés.

La fourchette de salaire annuel de base pour ce poste est de 95,000.00 $ à 145,000.00 $ CA. Le salaire final offert sera déterminé en fonction de facteurs tels que l'expérience pertinente et les qualifications, l'équité interne et les conditions du marché externe.

About You

  • Vous possédez de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente et êtes prêt à mettre votre expertise fiscale au service d'un rôle offrant une grande exposition aux activités d'affaires, idéalement avec une expérience acquise dans un cabinet comptable national ou international ainsi qu'au sein d'un département fiscal corporatif multinational.
  • Le titre de CPA ou une autre certification professionnelle constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire.
  • Vous communiquez clairement et avec assurance, et êtes capable de rendre des concepts fiscaux canadiens complexes compréhensibles et applicables pour des intervenants non fiscalistes ou internationaux.
  • Vous aimez un rôle alliant autonomie, responsabilité et collaboration, basé à Boucherville tout en travaillant avec des collègues à distance partout en Amérique du Nord et dans le monde.
  • Vous êtes organisé, proactif et à l'aise de gérer plusieurs échéanciers et priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilities

Corporate income tax compliance

Tax audits
  • Manage information gathering, document production, and responses to inquiries from tax authorities and other government agencies.
  • Develop defense files to help mitigate potential audit risks.

Transfer pricing
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of global transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing frameworks to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files, country-specific reports, and Country-by-Country, reporting (CbCR), while monitoring global developments such as OECD Pillar Two and other BEPS-related rules.
  • Draft, update, and maintain intercompany agreements.

Stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with business, accounting, legal, treasury, and other key stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $145,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

About You

  • You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset, with a bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and are ready to bring your technical tax expertise into a role with broad business exposure, ideally including experience with a national or international accounting firm and a multinational corporate tax department.
  • CPA designation or other professional certification is preferred but not required.
