Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Campus Manager, Talent Acquisition executes campus recruiting strategies, supports operational excellence, and coordinates key talent acquisition initiatives. This role partners with the Sr. Manager and Talent Acquisition leadership to provide day-to-day support for campus recruiting, oversee programs and events, develop team members, and align recruiting operations with hiring goals. The Manager also maintains a limited recruiting workload to stay connected to market trends, candidate activity, and hiring team needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational oversight for a team of campus recruiters supporting Regional Directors and field leaders across multiple markets.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and manage campus recruiting team members, including performance evaluations, goal setting, onboarding, training, productivity tracking, and accountability measures.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for campus recruiting issues and challenges.
  • Support development and execution of campus recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and hiring goals.
  • Assist in coordinating campus partnerships, university relations, and early talent initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen campus programs and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Help evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve ROI and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with Campus Recruiting to support planning and execution of recruiting events, campus engagement activities, and signature programs.
  • Coordinate timelines, logistics, communications, and internal stakeholder alignment related to recruiting events.
  • Maintain visibility into event planning and ensure alignment between event activity and hiring priorities.
  • Support event reporting, outcomes tracking, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Lead coordination of the campus recruiting calendar, hiring initiatives, and key departmental activities.
  • Maintain and manage event requisitions and associated recruiting workflows.
  • Coordinate team meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up communications.
  • Support execution of recruiting processes and operational initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular insights regarding pipeline health, event outcomes, hiring progress, and recruiting activity.
  • Track key performance indicators and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop reporting that measures recruiting effectiveness and program success.
  • Partner with Marketing, HR, Operations, and field leaders to support recruiting initiatives and workforce needs.
  • Coordinate communication and information sharing across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support implementation of special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with non-clinical recruiting projects and programs as business needs evolve.
  • Maintain an assigned workload and support recruiting activities as needed.
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support.
  • Assist with sourcing and pipeline-building initiatives for campus and non-clinical positions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of college relations and/or campus recruiting experience preferred
    • 2 years of HR experience within a healthcare organization strongly preferred
    • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
    • Large-scale event planning experience

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e., while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.
  • Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

  • Consistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.

Minimum Salary/WageUSD $102,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/WageUSD $125,000.00/Yr.
