About the role

Responsible for setting the strategic direction for integrated marketing campaigns and journeys that support the organization's go to market strategy and business objectives. Ensures campaigns are thoughtfully designed, well-coordinated, and effectively measured, with a focus on delivering connected, data driven experiences across the client lifecycle, shaping strategic priorities and driving ongoing optimization and decision-making.

How does this role make an impact?

  • Plans and implements integrated marketing campaigns, defining campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, timing, and delivery in alignment with go-to-market strategy, strategic priorities, and budget expectations


  • Oversees campaign coordination, including scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and deliverables while ensuring alignment to intended outcomes and seamless execution.


  • Partners across Marketing and the business to design and deliver marketing journeys that support key stages of the client lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.


  • Ensures campaign and journey quality and readiness, including requirements gathering, audience segmentation, validation of content and workflows, and adherence to data, privacy, and compliance standards.


  • Evaluates campaign performance and drives optimization, using insights to assess effectiveness, inform decisions, and continuously improve outcomes across channels and the client lifecycle.

  • Ability to define campaign direction, goals, KPIs, and targeting strategies that directly support broader go-to-market priorities and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance, extract insights, and translate them into strategic optimizations and next-step decisions.
  • Expertise in designing connected, multi-channel experiences across the customer lifecycle, ensuring relevance, personalization, and progression through the funnel.
  • Ability to align stakeholders (Sales, Product, Digital, Ops), guide execution without owning it, and ensure campaigns are cohesive, scalable, and well-orchestrated.
  • Understanding of campaign automation, segmentation, and data structures to fully leverage platform capabilities in strategy design.
  • Experience designing experiments (A/B testing, pilots) and using results to inform ongoing optimization and innovation.
  • Ability to guide value propositions, messaging frameworks, and channel mix to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Base Pay Range:
$93,200-$128,150

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
