Job Overview

Call Centre Agent to join our dedicated administrative team. This is a FULL_TIME position based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The offered compensation is between $35.00 - $49.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Provide accurate information to parents, students, and the public regarding school programmes, admission processes, events, and general policies.
* Direct enquiries efficiently to the appropriate faculty, staff, or department.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications within our school's database.
* Conduct follow-up calls to prospective families and support enrolment initiatives.
* Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and communication scheduling, as required.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
