MasterTech is on the search Cabling Foreman's and Lead Technicians to join a fast growing installation company in the Los Angeles (Santa Fe Springs) CA area. If you have 5 years' cabling experience and 1+ years of experience leading a crew, then we want to hear from you.
Compensation:
• $38 to $55/hour starting rates
• Company Truck, gas card
• Phone and tablet provided
• Full health benefits including vision, dental and health.
Shift Schedule
• Days; Monday - Friday
• Overtime paid 1.5x after 40 hours per week
The Foreman will lead and direct teams of 2 to 8 technicians on daily install activities as well as layout, labeling standards and QC terminations and testing. As well, you will be the face of the company and managing client interactions while on site.
