As the C-12 Maintenance Manager, you will lead the effort maintaining the fleet of C-12 aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment in accordance with the customer’s contracted terms. The CLS system includes all aircraft maintenance and personnel, materials and inspections, launch and recovery of the aircraft, supply of all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP); repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations; maintenance and repair of all support equipment; aircraft paint; engine repair and overhaul.

Oversees all UC-12 maintenance operations to ensure the safety, airworthiness, compliance, and efficiency of the fleet. This role requires a mix of leadership, technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and organizational skills. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability of the aircraft while adhering to strict aviation regulations, timelines, and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15 years or more aircraft maintenance experience

  • 10 years or more managing multiple site aircraft maintenance including complex aircraft modifications

  • Ability to obtain & maintain a United Statesa0DoD Secret Security Clearance. NOTE: United States Citizenship is required to obtain & maintain a United Statesa0DoD Secret Security Clearance.

  • High school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years or more maintaining King Air/1900 Airliner series aircraft

  • Bachelorb4s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, or related field; Masterb4s preferred.

  • Experience with military and civilian aircraft

Compensation Range: $124K - $148K

Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.

Compensation Details:

120 - 145
